With over 10 years in the making, Jeeda’s has sponged boundless amounts of culinary cultures and hospitality practices.
A born and raised Alexandrian, Jeeda El Sakhawi had finished her early years of education here at the heart of Alexandria, before moving to Switzerland where she studied at “Les Roches International School of Hotel Management”. After graduating Jeeda then started travelling the world, where she studied numerous cooking methods from internationally acclaimed chefs. She also worked in hotels and restaurants for some time to gain supreme experience in her field.
Her love for the Spanish culture and cuisine left a huge influence on her so a few years down the road, Jeeda decided to put all her years worth of knowledge and experience into her very own project With the help of her loving family and Alchemy’s bright, creative minds; Jeeda’s was born, a charming little restaurant in the center of old Alexandria.
Now with her staff of international chefs, excellent decor and one of a kind experience, Jeeda’s has the potential to become one of the top all Spanish fine dining restaurants in Egypt
